日頃より、業務に精励いただき心より感謝申し上げます。
昨年の能登半島地震をはじめ、全国各地で地震やその他の災害が頻発している状況を受け、会社としても万全な備えを整える必要があるため、本年も災害時安否確認システムの訓練を実施いたします。
皆様一人一人のご協力が、組織全体の安全確保につながりますのでよろしくお願いいたします。
訓練は以下の通り行います。
■訓練日時：2025年4月17日(木) 10：00■
訓練の流れ
訓練日時になりましたら、『【ワイズ関西】災害訓練』という件名のメールが届きますので、そのメール内に記載されているURLからシステムへアクセスし、指示に従って安否情報の入力をお願いいたします。
操作方法は非常にシンプルであり、ご自身の安否を報告するだけで数分で完了します。
操作方法につきましては、以下のホームページを事前にご覧いただき、ご確認ください。

Công ty xin bày tỏ lòng biết ơn chân thành vì sự làm việc chăm chỉ của bạn.Trước tình hình động đất và các thảm họa khác xảy ra thường xuyên trên khắp đất nước, bao gồm trận động đất ở bán đảo Noto vào năm ngoái, công ty cần chuẩn bị kỹ lưỡng để đối phó khi có thiên tai xảy ra.
Vì vậy, trong năm nay, công ty sẽ tiếp tục tổ chức huấn luyện sử dụng hệ thống xác nhận an toàn trong trường hợp thảm họa.
Sự hợp tác của từng cá nhân sẽ góp phần đảm bảo an toàn cho toàn thể công ty, rất mong nhận được sự hỗ trợ của mọi người.
Buổi huấn luyện sẽ được tổ chức theo nội dung dưới đây:

Quy trình đào tạo
Vào ngày diễn ra buổi huấn luyện, sẽ có Email gửi tới điện thoại với tiêu đề “【ワイズ関西】災害訓練” Vui lòng truy cập vào hệ thống thông qua đường link được ghi trong email đó và nhập thông tin an toàn của mình theo hướng dẫn.
Cách thức thao tác rất đơn giản, chỉ mất vài phút để báo cáo tình hình an toàn của bạn.

Em vista da recente ocorrência frequente de terremotos e outros desastres em todo o país, incluindo o terromoto da Península de Noto do ano passado, a empresa precisa estar totalmente preparada, então este ano realizaremos um treinamento sobre nosso sistema de confirmação de segurança de toda a organização, por isso agradecemos sua ajuda.

En vista de la siguiente ocurrencia frequente de terremotos y otros desastres en todo el pais, incluido el terremoto de la Peninsula de Noto del año passado, la empresa necesita estar completamente preparada, por lo que este año realizaremos una capacitacion sobre nuestro sistema de confirmacion de seguridad ante desastres.
